Corrections policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
We welcome reports of factual errors, inaccurate translations, mismatched illustrations, broken links, or unsuitable wording.
How to report a problem
Send the page URL, language, location of the issue, and a short explanation through our contact page. Include a supporting source when useful, but do not send a child's personal information.
How we investigate
The team compares the report with source text, references, image files, and revision history. For language-specific questions, we wait for a reviewer who genuinely works in that language before confirming a conclusion.
How corrections are disclosed
Typos and small layout problems may be fixed immediately. Changes that affect meaning, conclusions, provenance, or suitability will update the review date and describe the material change on the relevant page when needed. We do not remove criticism merely because we disagree with it.
